Do not worry and trust in God

I have learned to not worry and to trust in God. I need a new notebook for writing sermon notes in... and i was reading over everything that i wrote in there and all of it is so profound (i dont know if that is the right word, but it sounds right). And as i was reading through, i read sermon notes that God spoke to me through Michael, and it was these verses:

"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?
"And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.~Matthew 6 25-34~

This MUST be true because it is repeated again in Luke 212:22-30.

It is so true that we dont need to worry about anything in our lives because God will take care of everything, all our needs! I especially love the last part of the verse that says " Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has anough trouble of its own" Its so true, that we worryt about whats going to happen in the days to come when we should be just focus on today and the events of today. As one of my best friends once said in a bible study that we tend to move toward what we focus on. If we are focused on being worried about things then that is all we will focus on and will forget about good things. If we focus on events that happen today or focus on happy things instead of worrying, then we will not worry anymore and will be focused on being happy! I think that is so cool

Im not so great with my words, but i hope u all get my point and what i am trying to say.

Lesson for today: Focus on being happy and you will be a much happier person!
